At the early stage, Chen Jin Techno-logy Co., Ltd. focused on 3C mould manufacturing by using EDM fixtures of high accuracy from Switzerland, Sweden, and Germany over 25 years.
We have gained many experiences and knowledge from it, but it still couldn’t satisfy our needs in mould manufacturing. To find a solution, our R&D group has been working through numerous tests and modifications. Finaly we have made a great breakthrough with over 20 patents worldwide.
Our patents products include replaceable positioning blocks, clamping type Mechanism, 3-jaws type Mechanism, Seal-type Mechanism and Integrated Mechanism. CGM chuck not only increase heavy cuttings, increases performance, but also have self-protection function which will protect the spindle and chuck against damages from cutter collision. We keep up with trends and pursue advanced technology for high quality, high efficiency and high value products.
